Lead Pastor

​Brandon Taylor, known affectionately as Pastor B, is the founder and lead pastor of The Way Christian Fellowship Church, established in 2023. He is happily married to his wife, Tiffany of more than 20 years, and they are blessed with four children—three daughters and one son.

​Though he grew up in the church, Pastor B’s life and ministry were fundamentally transformed in 2016 when he made the complete commitment to focus on his relationship with the Lord. Following this surrender, he served faithfully in various roles, including Sunday School Teacher, Men’s Ministry Leader, Preacher, and Teacher, building a deep foundation in ministry.

​Today, his driving mission at The Way is to make disciples of the Gospel of Jesus Christ by teaching the complete Word of God—unbiased and unashamed—empowering the congregation to use Scripture as a weapon against the enemy in the world.

​This mission is reinforced by the church’s motto: To be directed by the word of God, led by the Holy Spirit, and follow the way of Jesus Christ.

​Pastor B’s commitment is rooted in his favorite scripture, Romans 12:1-2 NLT, which calls every believer to a life of full commitment and transformation: “And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God… Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.”

Tiffany Taylor “Lady Tiff”

Evangelist

Lady Tiff has been faithfully preaching the Gospel since March 2008 and has passionately led Women’s Ministries from that time forward. With a heart for true evangelism, she has ministered through Bible studies in women’s homes and churches, focusing on the lives of women in Scripture and how their stories mirror the challenges and triumphs of women today.

For over two decades, she has shared life with her husband, Pastor Brandon Taylor. Together they are blessed with four children—three daughters and one son.

In September 2023, The Lord established The Way Christian Fellowship Church, a community devoted to being “Directed by the Word of God, led by the Holy Spirit, and following The Way of Jesus Christ.” Since its founding, Lady Tiff has brought the Word with power and grace on the last Sunday of each month in services affectionately known as “Lady’s Last Sundays.”

Beyond preaching, Lady Tiff also serves on the Worship Team, making a joyful noise with her family and leading the congregation into heartfelt praise.

In addition to the church ministry, Lady Tiff is a Registered Nurse and serves as the Director of one of the largest behavioral health facilities in the Midwest. In this role, she strives to reveal the healing presence of God in every way she serves, blending professional excellence with spiritual compassion.

Her life is marked by a deep love for God’s Word, a commitment to equipping people, and a desire to see lives transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
